Start..., setting...,control panel...,regional and language,,,,language tab (usually upper centre)....,details....,defualt input language...., then choose English,,, I hope that will go with you ,,, do not forget to click apply button before ok button
If you did not find English language in this tab,, that means it doesn't installed and u have to install it,, so u have to choose...installed service instead of default input language ,, then click ADD button and search for English and choose it,,,I live in Germany and my computer (Windows XP) is German language. Sorry for the bad news but the only way is to purchase an English copy and reload the new English copy on to your computer............ it is to difficult to create a multi-language operating system.
