-%26gt; Drag the movies into the Open space on the Movie Maker
-%26gt; Voila ... just add them where you want.

The Windows Movie Maker comes with a download option for English/French etc. on the website. once it's on your pc, you can't change it. try re-downloading.

You probably can't in Movie Maker itself because it's a part of windows, and thus takes Windows'language. You have to change Windows' language in Regional options first.
