How to change the language on an lg xnote p2 windows xp?

my lab top is in korean i try ed to go into the control panel but it does not work.it will not work. i cant download nothing it just stops at zero and a little box pops up and in the box it has a red circle and a white x in it. i cant understand it because its in korean. i try ed a recovery disk for an xp but i put it in and nothing happened. im going to college next year and if it can be changed it will be really helpful. so can someone help me. thank youHow to change the language on an lg xnote p2 windows xp?
