How to do language setting for entirely e-mail messages instead of edit setting once at a time for each mail?

I've change to yahoo beta but i could not read the messages received becoz it comes in vary complex symbols(the subject title also,except english mails). I've to click at %26quot;more action%26quot; and set encoding to my country language window everytime for each mail opened. It took me the steps more instead of reading directly like a before version. Beta is good,but i'm still have a difficulty in language setting(i've set to yahoo thailand but it could not help wt mail messages). Could anyone tell me how to change language setting for entire mail contents,please.

cant u set your computer to another languagge so everything is going to come in that language? Make it a universal setting with your toolbar and pick the language you want. there aren't individual settings for email or parts of email.How to do language setting for entirely e-mail messages instead of edit setting once at a time for each mail?
