How to change the system language of a chinese-version of windows XP into English?

I have a chinese-version of XP and using the Language/Regions tab I managed to change most of the icons back into English. However the menu itself as well as the dialog box text are still in Chinese! Is there a way to change them back without purchasing another copy of XP (which is ridiculous)... Thanks!How to change the system language of a chinese-version of windows XP into English?
