usually you have to go to Start %26gt;%26gt; settings %26gt;%26gt; control panel %26gt;%26gt; regional options and language %26gt;%26gt; select US english from the language TAB %26gt;%26gt; select the US for the keyboard %26gt;%26gt; click apply and then click ok
