If i change it to chinese(PRC), What program will be effected? How it effected program running by unicode?Changing Language for non-Unicode Programs in Windows xp..?
The language settings are on a per-program basis, you can have English as the default language and use Chinese on any individual software you chose.
This is most easily done by enabling the Language Bar in the Windows toolbar. (Right-click, select Toolbars and make sure that Language Bar is checked)
