There are two types of language files--and both are partial but either may
be what you're looking for. MUI available only in Vista Ultimate and
Enterprise are the most extensive--but LIP are available for any edition of
Vista. You may want to look into

ok try this for starters: start menu, settings, control panel, %26quot;regional and language options%26quot;, then do the following
1/ in the tab %26quot;languages%26quot; (middle tab) at the bottom there is a drop down %26quot;language used in menus and dialogs%26quot; - select english
2/ in the tab %26quot;advanced%26quot; (right-hand tab) at the top in the section %26quot;language for non-unicode programs%26quot; select %26quot;english%26quot; from the drop down
then re-boot.you do this.
