I have an acer 2420 that was from china. the os and original language is in chinese. i tried the language abd region but it was still in chinese (menu and notifications was in chinese). i dont have any backup or xp cd that came with it. i heard about the mui pack but dont no how to install it.How do you change the system language from chinese to english on windows xp?
Get an English version of the OS. I don't think you are able to change it.
