1 Click on your 'Start Menu'
2 On the 'Start Menu' go to 'Control Panel'
3 Go to 'Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options'
4 Then Click 'Regional and Language Options' and a message box will come up.
5 Select Russian (The Menu is in alphabetical order so it will be towards the end of the list)
6 Click 'OK'
