is it possible to change the language in vista? i bought a laptop that came with vista in french. is there a way to make it into english? also, if it isnt possible, they are offering a free upgrade to windows 7. can i upgrade in english?

You are able to change the language to english.
Go to START + CONTROL PANEL + CLOCK, LANGUAGE, %26amp; REGION then alter what you require and save, exit and reboot you may then have to delete the French in the language bar.
Regarding the W7 I think you will be offered the choice of language when the download starts to install. (I did not do it that way so I am not totally sure.
