How do you change the system language in Windows?

The computer is running Windows XP. It is currently in English, and I was wondering if I could change it to Spanish without reinstalling. How do you change the system language in Windows?
1) Start%26gt;Settings%26gt;Control Panel%26gt;Regional Language Options%26gt;Details button%26gt;Under Installed services: Click Add %26gt;Scroll down arrow to select Spanish%26gt;Under Input Languages, scroll down arrow to select languages%26gt;Under keyboard layout select Spanish too%26gt;Under Preferences: Click on Languages on the desktop%26gt;Apply%26gt;OK%26gt;Advanced tab of Regional Language Options%26gt;Under Languages fo non-Unicode programs: scroll down the first arrow to select Spanish%26gt;Under Default User account %26amp; to the Default user profile%26gt;OK%26gt;Click Yes to the dialogue box appearing%26gt;Restart.

2) You can't without reinstalling XP on your PC. Do you want to get a Spanish version of your OS? Then partition it (if your PC has enough space) and put your Windows XP in Spanish this time. (You'd better off getting one from ebay in Spanish then). The best solution.

3) Just boot from the CD if you want to wipe everything on your PC for lack of space. That means you lose everything unless you back them up. But know that if you select step 2 o3 you may have some problem when updating Direct X in English for example. Sorry! How do you change the system language in Windows?
