2) You can't without reinstalling XP on your PC. Do you want to get a Spanish version of your OS? Then partition it (if your PC has enough space) and put your Windows XP in Spanish this time. (You'd better off getting one from ebay in Spanish then). The best solution.
3) Just boot from the CD if you want to wipe everything on your PC for lack of space. That means you lose everything unless you back them up.
