You had to choose the language to install as when you got it. Perhaps, if your OS supports it you can change your Regional Settings in your Control Panel.
go: [Control panel] [Regional Settings] and attempt to change the settings there.
If this does not work then un-install it and go to the Microsoft website and download again.
