My friends' profiles (even though they're in the US) are all in German, and I can't read them. So are a bunch of other things. Instead of a %26quot;help%26quot; menu, I have a %26quot;hilfe%26quot; menu. How can I change my preferences so it's in English?

Download the English version, uninstall the one you have and install the new one.
