How to change the language in Windows XP?
My friend has someone install windows xp for them, but they installed it in spanish. I'm not sure if they used a spanish version cd of XP, but i've tried going to Control Panel, Regional/Language Options and tried setting it to English, but it won't change it. Would i just have to reinstall everything from scratch?How to change the language in Windows XP?
