How to change language in Windows Movie Maker?

I am using a different computer that is in a foreign language I don't understand (A borrowed computer). In other words, I'm trying to use WMM and the choices, files, tools, everything is in a foreign language. How do I change the language?How to change language in Windows Movie Maker?
Is windows in a other language? If that is it, you have to download a language pack. It can't be just a other language in WMM.
