This also happened to my properties window when I right click, then click properties.Recently, the language in my Wireless Configuration window changed. How do I change it back?
Check with the manufacturer, you may have installed another county's patch/update. Download the English update/patch.
If you notice any other programs doing this, check your language options. you may need to reselect English. (Start%26gt;Settings%26gt;control panel%26gt;Regional and language Options%26gt;)
