You can download a LIP ( Language Interface Pack ) from Microsoft. I don't know what version of windows you have but it will change it for you to English.

If English is a language already installed on your laptop goto the Control Panel (you will find this in the %26quot;Start%26quot; menu), select %26quot;Regional and Language options%26quot; (it's the little globe icon) under the tab %26quot;Regional Options%26quot; select English from the dropdown menu. Under the %26quot;Languages%26quot; tab, click on the %26quot;Details...%26quot; button and select English from the dropdown menu. Your laptop will now operate in English.
You may have to reboot to put the changes into effect.
