How to set Localization language using windows form .NET Application ?

hi frds, thanks in advance, in my .NET windows application projects i want to use localization, that is i want to change my language culture even in the context menu strip and all other places, can any one guide me how to implement in this and where shall i do. i changed something in appconfig and changed localization is true , after that i cant proceed further, can any one guide me in this??How to set Localization language using windows form .NET Application ?
